Operational:

• Lead validation trials of all new / potential actives from R&D UPL region and R&D UPL global
• Assign stipulated trials to the team members as per the regional agenda & ensure all the trials complete well in time.
• Facilitate Complaint Handling: Direct the management of technical complaint handling by implementing a complaint handling policy / procedure and guide the company on resolving the complaints in the first instance.

Strategic:

• Mid to long term portfolio development by analyzing potential pipeline and other potential opportunity.
• Prepare technical training materials and conduct trainings for UPL cross functional team.
• Coordinate with local university / institute for knowledge exchange program.
