Job Deskripsi
  • Menangani panggilan masuk & keluar, dan pelanggan yang datang ke kantor, secara profesional & ramah.
  • Mengirim dan menerima dokumen kurir (Tiki, DHL, atau agen lainnya)
  • Rekonsiliasi penggunaan TIKI dan Voucher Taksi
  • Menerima semua tagihan dan mengirimkan ke sistem (setiap hari)
  • Mengatur pengaturan mobil / pengemudi operasional
  • Menangani klaim Tim GA (OB, Driver, Kurir)
  • Menangani anggota parkir karyawan
  • Menangani administrasi lainnya (PR/PO, Formulir, dll)
  • Menjaga komunikasi yang baik dengan Building Management
  • Memberikan laporan bulanan GA

  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Min. Microsoft Office – Excell, Word, Power Point, & Outlook)
  • Dapat berkomunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggris maupun Bahasa Indonesia
  • Penempatan di Palma Tower (Jakarta Selatan)
