Job Description

  • Generate new business and expand existing portfolio by actively seeking out new sales and pursuing new opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Monitor and responsible for the sales lifecycle from the proposal, and aftersales service to billing
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, principals and governments.
  • Responsible for the tender process
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in ICT industry will be a plus.
  • Proven experiences in ICT project bidding process.
  • Neat & attractive appearance
  • Bachelors Degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 years experience in selling IT products/services and/or applications/solutions to various industries will be a plus.
  • Required languages: English, Indonesian.
  • Required skills: IT product marketing, IT business development, Sales and Channel Management, Coordination of Sales Activities, Presentations, Documentation.
  • Achievement oriented individual with growth mentality
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
  • Highly motivated, able to work with target, and fast learner
  • Willing to travel & work overtime
