Key Responsibilities:

• People Development: Being partner of all employees for their career path development and coordinating with other department or training vendor for annual training plan.
• Industrial Relation: Open communication for employees consultation. Doing interface to Dinas Ketenagakerjaan and Immigration related to audit and expatriates relation.
• Compensation and Benefit: Ensure all of employee obtained compensation and benefit including handling payroll process, calculating timesheet, insurance facility, BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.
• Employee Administration: Employee database well managed and documented as well as making sure employee database updated regularly.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma or Equivalent Qualification in Related Fields
• Spoken and Written English is Essential
• Computer Skill minimum Microsoft Office
