Job Purpose: We are looking to hire a Junior Performance Tester for one of our banking customers in Indonesia.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have 3-4 years of experience with performance testing tools like JMeter/NeoLoad/LoadRunner
  • Understand functional requirements
  • Pilot script development/enhancement and peer reviews
  • Configure test data and prepare workload model
  • Conduct performance test execution
  • Closely work with lead, participate in discussions with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Interpret results and prepare reports summarizing the observation
  • Explore and learn new tools/technologies
