We are currently looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst .
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for SFE initiatives and ensure the implementation of SFE framework/ platform/ system/ dashboard.
- Develop sustainable SFE implement standardize quantitative and qualitative KPIs including SFE process governance.
- Lead and drive the automation of performance LEAD KPI metrics reports by collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders both LOC and Regional.
- Work closely and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on effective communication related to SFE initiative not limited to CommOps, OC Pod, Marketing and Sales Team and regional support team.
- Partner closely with leadership and commercial team in planning and executing Segmentation & Targeting (S&T)
- SFE data analysis and creation of dashboards to aid commercial team make appropriate business decision.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:- Minimum education background as Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in directly related or relevant analyst role.
- Prefereable to have exposure in pharma or healthcare industry.
