Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst

We are currently looking for a Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst .

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for SFE initiatives and ensure the implementation of SFE framework/ platform/ system/ dashboard.
• Develop sustainable SFE implement standardize quantitative and qualitative KPIs including SFE process governance.
• Lead and drive the automation of performance LEAD KPI metrics reports by collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders both LOC and Regional.
• Work closely and collaborate with relevant stakeholders on effective communication related to SFE initiative not limited to CommOps, OC Pod, Marketing and Sales Team and regional support team.
• Partner closely with leadership and commercial team in planning and executing Segmentation & Targeting (S&T)
• SFE data analysis and creation of dashboards to aid commercial team make appropriate business decision.

• Minimum education background as Bachelor degree.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in directly related or relevant analyst role.
• Prefereable to have exposure in pharma or healthcare industry.
