Binakarya Propertindo Group currently open job vacancy for Customer Relation Staff on our project site Casablanca East Residence, East Jakarta

The candidate in this position will handle the concerns of the people who buy company’s products and work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.

Responsibilities

• Understanding Customer Concerns, by asking questions, listening carefully and showing empathy, deal with specific questions over the phone, by email or in person
• Act as a liaison between customer service and other departments and bring a specific complaint from a customer to the attention of someone who can resolve the situation. The candidate also may pass along general feedback they are hearing from customers in order to help build a better product or develop a new service
• Build connections on behalf of the company, maintain good relasionship with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction, build network within the community to identify prospective customers and contribute to the organization’s marketing campaigns.
• Benchmarking, the candidate may be charged with examining what others in the industry are doing to ensure that our company are on the right track and trend
• Ensuring a conducive healthy work environment, maintain good teamwork, integrity and fostering good relations with the network and all related parties
• Create and maintain a weekly report on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree of Communications
• 1-2 years of customer service job experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp450,000,000 - Rp510,000,000 per month

• D1-D4 (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property Company: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Relation: 2 years (Preferred)
