Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
  • Mengikuti seluruh tahapan pelatihan untuk menguasai kompetensi yang diperlukan meliputi:
  • Melaksanakan proses wawancara dan komunikasi dengan kandidat
  • Melaksanakan negosiasi dengan kandidat
  • Melakukan pencarian kandidat sesuai kebutuhan
  • Menerapkan penggunaan sistem/perangkat kerja perekrutan
  • Menerapkan penggunaan alat tes perekrutan
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk pemenuhan kandidat sesuai dengan portofolio yang di tugaskan saat tahap pelatihan praktek kerja (on the job training).

Kualifikasi minimum kandidat CINTA adalah sebagai berikut: 
Pendidikan minimum Diploma III dengan IPK minimal 3.0 sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku 
Usia min. 20 tahun dan maks. 25 tahun 
Belum menikah dan bersedia untuk tidak menikah selama mengikuti Program Pemagangan 
Berpenampilan rapi dan menarik 
Komunikatif 
Bisa bekerja dibawah tekanan 
Mampu berbahasa Inggris lisan ataupun tulisan 
Mampu bekerja secara individu ataupun kelompok 
Target oriented dan cerdas digital 
Memiliki integritas yang tinggi
