Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in administrative support or project coordination is a plus.
• Independent, responsible, and professional.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Handle emails and communications on behalf of the team.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-ups.
• Arrange travel plans and accommodations.
• Organize and maintain project documents and files.
• Support administrative tasks, including expenses and budgeting.
• Assist in project coordination and ensure smooth communication.
• Support content production by managing logistics and schedules.
• Act as a liaison between departments for seamless collaboration.
• Help plan and coordinate events, workshops, and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety.
