The Position

We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern (Branding & Growth) to join our team in Indonesia. This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in branding, sales, and business development. Youll help grow Alvigors presence in Indonesia by supporting marketing campaigns, engaging with clients, and driving brand awareness.

What You Will DoMarketing & Branding

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns to build brand awareness in Indonesia.
• Create and localize content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights.
• Help manage and grow Alvigors online presence in Indonesia.

Sales & Business Development

• Support lead generation by identifying potential clients and partners.
• Assist in engaging with prospects through emails, calls, and meetings.
• Maintain and update the sales database to track leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.

Event & Community Engagement

• Assist in planning and executing networking events, webinars, and corporate meetups.
• Engage with customers and partners at events to promote Alvigors services.
• Capture and document event highlights for marketing use.

What You Bring

• Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, social media knowledge, and basic marketing understanding.
• Sales Mindset: Interest in business development, networking, and client engagement.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, social media tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Attributes: Proactive, eager to learn, and results-driven.
• Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
