PT. Digital Kaliber Internasional is a digital marketing agency specializing in Google Ads and Meta Ads since 2019. We currently manage many big clients for their digital advertisement and looking for another team-mate to join our ships!

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengerti dan melakukan monthly tracking OKR (Objectieve Key Reasults) setiap karyawan.
  • Mengoperasikan, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan sistem HRIS perusahaan.
  • Memastikan data karyawan selalu akurat, terupdate, dan tersimpan dengan baik dalam sistem HRIS.
  • Merancang program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan.
  • Melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem kompensasi karyawan.
  • Melakukan reporting kinerja karyawan.
  • Menyelesaikan konflik atau masalah yang muncul terkait hubungan kerja, dengan tetap menjaga kerahasiaan.
  • Menjalankan program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan/atau asuransi lainnya.
  • Hari kerja Senin - Jumat 8:30 - 17:30
  • Bersedia meeting/datang dihari Sabtu (jika dibutuhkan)

Persyaratan:

  • S1 Psikologi atau jurusan terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun sebegai HR&GA
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan cepat.
  • Berintegritas tinggi dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data karyawan.
  • Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat dengan pendekatan yang tegas namun tetap empati.
  • Mengerti Digital Marketing menjadi nilai plus.
