• Proactively identifying and analyzing emerging security threats to protect organizational assets.
• Plan, design, and execute simulated cyber-attacks against our organization’s infrastructure to assess the effectiveness of our security posture.
• Analyze the outcomes of red team exercises to identify weaknesses and develop strategies for fortification.
• Lead a team of skilled penetration testers, ensuring the simulated attacks are carried out in a controlled and effective manner.
• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on the organization's digital infrastructure, applications, and systems to identify vulnerabilities that could be exploited by malicious actors.
• Document and report findings, prioritizing vulnerabilities based on their potential impact on the organization.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to recommend and implement remediation strategies.
• Proactively search the network and digital environments for undetected threats, anomalous activities, and signs of covert breaches.
• Utilize advanced threat detection tools and methodologies to uncover hidden vulnerabilities.
• Develop and refine threat hunting procedures to enhance the organization's capability to detect and neutralize threats early.
• Serve as a primary or supporting role in the forensic investigation of security breaches and incidents.
• Analyze breach artifacts and attack methodologies to understand the cause and impact of security incidents.
• Provide detailed forensic reports that contribute to improving incident response and prevention strategies.
• Implement and manage automated security solutions for the investigation and remediation of identified threats.
• Leverage automation to streamline threat detection and response processes, reducing the time from detection to remediation.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance automation strategies to keep pace with evolving cyber threats.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate threat intelligence from a variety of internal and external sources.
• Stay abreast of emerging threats and advise the organization on potential security implications.
• Leverage threat intelligence to inform and refine proactive defense strategies.
• Provide expert support to the incident response team during and after security incidents.
• Assist in developing and implementing containment and eradication strategies for identified threats.
• Participate in post-incident analysis to extract lessons learned and improve future response efforts.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with IT, security teams, and external partners to enhance the organization’s defensive capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, translating technical risks and actions into business terms.
• Participate in security awareness initiatives to promote a culture of cybersecurity across the organization.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (Information Technology/ Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Information Security, Business, Technical), master’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in Security & Vulnerability testing, with expertise in Security Threat Hunters & Threat Intelligence.
• Experience in a leadership or offensive role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Security Tools and Threat Intelligence Platforms.
• Security certificates such as OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, CISA, SANS, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Lead Auditor, would be preferable
• Familiar with OWASP Top 10 Web and API
• Familiar with XML and JSON data format, HTTP protocol, and REST API
• Ability to analyze and identify actions to be taken.

• Good communication and influence skill
• Security Risk Management Certification
• Strong understanding of all Information Security Domains
• Sound understanding of businesses supported and security principles and policies.
• Knowledge of network, system, and application monitoring technologies
