- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various corporate agreements, including but not limited to contracts, leases, and vendor agreements.
- Providing legal advice and support to various departments within the company on matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of corporate documents, such as annual reports, minutes, and resolutions.
- Conducting legal research and staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the companys operations.
- Managing and resolving legal disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods.
- Collaborating with external legal counsel when necessary to handle complex legal matters.
- Participating in corporate strategic planning and decision-making processes to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date legal records and documentation.

- Participate in the implementation of ISO 27001.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university
- Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the company operates; membership in the state bar association is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing corporate law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm setting.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, securities regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to draft and review complex legal documents accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in legal research methodologies and resources, with the ability to analyze and apply legal precedents to specific situations.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks and provide pragmatic legal advice.
- Proven track record of managing legal matters independently while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical \standards in all aspects of work.
