Job Description:

  • Educate consumers and partners on our products, promotional campaigns, and provide troubleshooting assistance when needed.
  • Resolve consumer and partner issues swiftly and effectively with empathy and care.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to partner accounts, such as credit top-ups and updating partner information.

Requirement:

  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in any major with a GPA of 2.75 or higher.
  • Clear articulation and strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Experience in sales is preferred.
  • Typing speed of 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Strong sense of empathy.
  • Fully vaccinated (minimum of 2 doses).
  • Energetic and adaptable.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a similar entry-level role.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic changes.
