Position Overview: As a Study Abroad Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our education consulting division, specializing in guiding students and families toward their academic and career goals. This role involves proactive outreach, personalized consultation, and meticulous support throughout the university application process, including visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with students and parents to offer expert educational guidance.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand students aspirations and recommend suitable academic majors and universities.
- Assist in navigating the university application process, including admissions requirements and visa applications.
- Maintain detailed records and ensure accurate administration of client interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in education consulting or related fields, with a strong understanding of university admissions processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
