What you will do on your journey with WebBeds.

As a Contract Support member, you will be an integral part of our fast-growing and dynamic Contracting Team in Indonesia. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support, ensuring the smooth and accurate entry of contract details into our company database systems. Based in Jakarta, you will help manage contracts, hotel close-outs, rate revisions, and resolve booking issues. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency of the contracting process and our team’s success.

In this role you will:

As a Contract Support member, you will be responsible for loading and checking contracts in a timely and accurate manner. You will manage hotel close-outs, rate revisions, and investigate booking issues efficiently. You will also handle extra tasks assigned by your supervisor. Your role will directly contribute to the team’s overall success by maintaining the quality of contract data and supporting the team in reaching its goals.

Key Responsibilities.
  • Load and verify contracts effectively and accurately.
  • Manage hotel close-outs and rate revisions.
  • Investigate booking issues and resolve them in an efficient manner.
  • Assist with additional tasks assigned by your superior.

  • A degree in Tourism or Hotel Management is desirable.
  • A background in the hotel industry would be beneficial.
