Provide technical support for software applications, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance. Respond to user issues, troubleshoot problems, and work with development teams to implement fixes and improvements.

Manage and resolve application-related incidents and service requests.

Provide first-line support for application issues and escalate as necessary.

Monitor application performance and system health, taking proactive measures to prevent issues.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and configuration changes.

Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for future reference.

Collaborate with development and IT teams to ensure successful application deployment and integration.

Train end-users on application functionality and best practices.

Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation.

Generate performance and issue resolution reports for management review.

Ensure applications adhere to organizational policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in application support or a similar role.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices is a plus.
