Job Description:

1. Develop and implement effective strategies for scale and growth

2. Actively canvass on the ground to generate new leads and business opportunities.

3. Identifying and converting new business opportunities to ensure that individual targets are achieved

4. Retaining existing customers and developing new customers, whilst maintaining business portfolio quality

5. Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
