What you will be doing

• Manage end-to-end quantitative research projects.
• Communicate effectively with teams and clients throughout projects.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of services to clients.
• Analyse data for insightful findings and recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvement and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain precision and attention to detail for all deliverables.
• Demonstrate good, basic supervisory/mentoring practices with junior staff
• Deliver presentations to clients

What we are looking for

To be our Quantitative Senior Researcher, you are required to:

• Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any major (Socials and humanities are preferable)
• Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field
• Familiar with quantitative research methodologies, knowledge, and techniques
• Have exceptional analytical and logical abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
