Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with companys overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends within the sharia-compliant financial industry.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional media, and events.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies within the Islamic finance space.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with Sharia principles and regulatory requirements.
The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:
