Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Memperkenalkan/mempromosikan,membuka peluang dan melakukan penjualan semua produk dari Klinik untuk perusahaan atau rekanan baru (contoh: kerjasama MCU, vaksinasi, tes swab, inhouse clinic, dll)
  • Membangun dan mempertahankan hubungan kerjasama dengan klien baru ataupun klien lama
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan untuk tim sales secara keseluruhan maupun secara personal
  • Membuat laporan hasil penjualan atau update klien secara mingguan maupun bulanan

Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan Minimal S1 Semua Jurusan
  • Mempunyai pengalaman bekerja minimal 1-2 tahun sebagai Staff Sales di Rumah Sakit, Klinik umum kesehatan.
  • Target oriented (bersedia bekerja dengan target) dan siap bekerja dibawah tekanan
  • Memiliki wawasan Sales/Marketing B2B yang luas khususnya di bidang kesehatan.
  • Mampu tampil sebagai pribadi yang energik, persuasive dalam bernegoisasi, loyality dan personality yang baik.

Penempatan Lokasi kerja : Jakarta Pusat (Sudirman)

Benefit:

  • Salary Bulanan + allowance
  • Insentif bulanan / tahunan (berdasarkan presentase penjualan)
  • BPJS, DPLK, Reimbersment medical

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 6 bulan

Upah: Hingga Rp6.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

  • Indonesia: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)

Pendidikan:

  • D1-D4 (Diutamakan)

Pengalaman:

  • marketing/sales Rumah sakit atau klinik: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)

Bahasa:

  • Jepang (Diutamakan)
  • english (Diutamakan)
