Job Title: Real Estate Intern

Job-Type: Paid Internship

Reports To: Real Estate Manager

Location: Jakarta, ID

What youll be doing:

• Conduct pre-site survey visits to assess physical and environmental factors, competitive landscape, zoning regulations, and accessibility, ensuring comprehensive data collection for accurate feasibility studies;
• Assist in data analysis to deliver timely yet insightful feasibility and market reports;
• Support team members in coordinating communications, development of organizational tools, and preparation of presentation, documents, or report materials; and
• Be prepared to take on short-term, time-sensitive assignments as needed, often with limited prior notice, while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

• Is able and willing to be mobile to conduct site visits independently, preferably with their own vehicle. (Transportation budgets will be reimbursed);
• Bachelors degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), Business, or Real Estate;
• Previous internship experience is preferred but not required;
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Coachable, driven, entrepreneurial, and enterprising.
