We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive IT project-based opportunities within the BFSI sector in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry and a proven track record of selling IT solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT projects in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance).
- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to position offshore and onshore IT services.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape in Indonesias BFSI IT sector.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on BFSI clients.
- Strong relationships with BFSI decision-makers in Indonesia.
- Experience in selling digital transformation, cloud, AI, or data solutions is a plus.
