Job Description:

As an Event Runner at Bali.Love, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth event operations by supporting the team wherever necessary. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, from helping with event setup to managing on-the-day logistics. You will need to be flexible and ready to jump in wherever help is needed, making sure the event runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring that all items are properly arranged and in place.
• Provide support to the event team in various tasks as needed throughout the day.
• Deliver items or equipment to different areas of the event site when required.
• Help manage logistics, including coordinating transportation for the team and guests.
• Maintain a high level of energy and positivity throughout the event to help create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support any other team tasks to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Requirements:

• Preferably someone who can drive a car and has a valid drivers license.
• Ability to speak English conversationally to communicate effectively with the team and guests.
• Must be available to stay at the event all day and assist with tasks as needed.
• No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to help are essential.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work long hours and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
• A good vibe and team spirit are a must to fit in with the Bali.Love culture.
