Manager - Business Performance and Finance Operations

The Manager - Business Performance and Finance Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance operations, governance, and financial control. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust financial controls, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic business initiatives.

The position requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to enhance overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end finance operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain robust governance and financial controls to safeguard company assets.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal reporting standards.
• Manage the preparation and presentation of detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management.
• Support business planning processes with accurate financial insights and projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance operations with business goals and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
• Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to drive business performance and decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field and /or Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in finance operations, governance, and financial control.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing financial processes and implementing governance frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and present financial insights to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial management tools, systems, and reporting software.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
