Kualifikasi Trainer:

- Memiliki pengalaman mengajar atau melatih minimal 5 tahun (lebih diutamakan jika memiliki pengalaman di pelatihan Prakerja sebelumnya).

- Memiliki pengalaman professional atau mengajar yang relevan dengan materi.

- Menguasai materi pelatihan dan mampu menyampaikan dengan metode yang interaktif.

- Mampu mengoperasikan platform LMS (Learning Management System) dan alat bantu presentasi secara efektif.

- Memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi yang relevan (jika diperlukan).

- Berpengalaman dalam memberikan pelatihan kepada peserta dari berbagai latar belakang.

- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan public speaking yang baik.

- Bersedia mengikuti SOP dan standar kualitas yang ditetapkan oleh mitra Prakerja.

Kualifikasi Tambahan (Opsional):

- Memiliki portofolio pelatihan atau testimoni dari peserta sebelumnya.

- Mampu melakukan evaluasi dan memberikan feedback kepada peserta.

- Memberikan pelatihan secara online (live session atau pre-recorded)

- Membangun interaksi dengan peserta agar lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran.

- Menggunakan teknik komunikasi yang efektif untuk memastikan pemahaman peserta.

- Mengevaluasi Peserta

- Melakukan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta.

- Memberikan tugas atau kuis untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan peserta.

- Memberikan umpan balik yang konstruktif kepada peserta.

- Mengembangkan metode pelatihan yang lebih efektif berdasarkan feedback peserta.
