Job description :- Assist the Director by researching and following up on matters within their responsibility- Handle all personal matters for the Director, including personal appointments and errands- Support the Director in managing and coordinating events, both professional and personal- Assist the Director in all areas of the business and personal matters- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments- Make travel arrangements if needed- Performing other administrative worksRequirements :- Bachelor degree in Chinese Language- Able to speak Mandarin and English fluently- Minimum HSK 5 (able to speak and write in Mandarin)- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduated are welcome to apply- Initiative, active, self-discipline, able to work independently and under pressure, responsible and fast learner
