AYANA Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable professional to join our team at AYANA Midplaza, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the companys outgoing payments and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Your primary duties will include processing invoices, verifying payment authorizations, and maintaining vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and accounting software
