We are looking for a detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Mechanical Design Engineer to develop mechanical components and systems. This role involves working on design, simulation, and analysis tasks, ensuring the mechanical integrity and functionality of various products.

Responsibilities:

• Designing mechanical components and systems using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).
• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations using Ansys or similar tools.
• Create technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation.
• Conduct basic mechanical calculations and stress analysis.
• Prototyping and testing of mechanical components.
• Provide support in refining designs based on test results and feedback.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with Ansys for structural, thermal, or fluid simulations.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Fusion 360).
• Understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, and tolerances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
