Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mendukung aktivitas harian atasan (executive) termasuk jadwal, pertemuan, dan perjalanan dinas.
  • Mengelola dokumen penting, korespondensi, dan laporan.
  • Menjadi penghubung antara atasan dengan pihak internal dan eksternal.
  • Membantu koordinasi proyek-proyek properti sesuai arahan atasan.
  • Menangani tugas administratif lainnya seperti pembuatan presentasi dan riset terkait properti dll.

Kualifikasi:Pendidikan & Pengalaman

  • Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Sekretaris, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait.
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun sebagai Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, atau peran serupa. Pengalaman di industri properti menjadi nilai tambah.

Keterampilan Teknis

  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Kemampuan administrasi dan pengarsipan yang kuat.
  • Terampil dalam membuat presentasi dan laporan.
  • Memahami dasar-dasar proses kerja di perusahaan properti (nilai tambah)
