• Conduct in-depth financial analysis of the venture capital investment portfolio, evaluating the performance and profitability of each investment.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast cash flows, valuations, and return on investment for portfolio companies.
• Collaborate closely with investment teams to assess investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and provide financial insights.
• Monitor portfolio company performance, tracking key financial metrics and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investors.
• Support the implementation of profitability enhancement initiatives, working cross-functionally with portfolio companies to drive value creation.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments affecting the venture capital landscape.
• Continuously improve financial processes and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency, efficiency, and accuracy.

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Experience in Big4 Accounting Firm is MUST.
• 4 years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with a focus on financial analysis and modeling.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of venture capital industry dynamics, investment strategies, and startup ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
