Yayasan Education Aid International (EAI) is a non-profit organization in Indonesia focused on providing educational assistance with a zero-interest loan system in tandem with various stakeholders and implementing partners. EAI stakeholders includes implementing partners, communities, social institutions, and private sector partners.
Job Summary
The Business Development Intern will support the CEO in securing funding and building partnerships through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs and other fundraising initiatives. The intern will also assist in the day-to-day operations of the Partnership and Development Assistant, gaining exposure to the core aspects of non-profit business development.

Key Responsibilities
1. CSR and Fundraising Support:
- · Assist the CEO in identifying potential CSR opportunities and preparing for fundraising pitches.
- · Conduct research on prospective donors, companies, and organizations to identify alignment with the foundations mission.
- · Prepare presentation decks, proposals, and other materials for meetings with corporate partners and donors.
- · Accompany the CEO to meetings with CSR representatives or potential donors, providing logistical and administrative support.
- · Track and follow up on potential leads, ensuring timely communication.
2. Partnership Development Assistance:
- · Support the Partnership and Development Assistant in managing partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
- · Help in organizing partner engagement activities, such as appreciation events or informational sessions.
- · Assist in updating the partner database, documenting interactions, and maintaining records of ongoing projects.
- · Draft reports, summaries, and newsletters to share program impact with existing and potential partners.
- · Assist the Partnership and Development team in ensuring a proper documentation relating to good governance of the organization.
- · Support logistical arrangements for events, campaigns, and other fundraising activities
3. CEO Support:
- · Prepare briefing materials, including donor profiles, key talking points, and past engagement history for CEOs meetings.
- · Create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to potential donors interests and requirements.
- · Schedule meetings with potential donors and partners, ensuring alignment with the CEOs availability.
- · Arrange travel, venue bookings, and other logistical aspects for external engagements.
- · Take detailed notes during meetings, capturing critical points, action items, and follow-up tasks.
- · Maintain organized records of meeting outcomes, proposals, and correspondence for easy retrieval.

Skills and Qualifications
1. Education:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
2. Experience:
Fresh graduates or students with prior internship experience in business development, non-profit work, or CSR-related activities are preferred.
3. Skills:
- · Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- · Solid research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- · Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Employment Type: Internship, 40 Hours a week.
- Duration: 3-6 months.
