Admin Project

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Admin in an Architectural Consultancy/Contractor company.
  • Experienced in handling administrative tasks and efficiently managing documents/correspondence.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good time management skills.
  • Initiative-driven, quick, and responsible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and follow up on project/design progress by coordinating with the team.
  • Manage schedules and arrange client appointments.
  • Update and follow up on the database.
  • Handle document filing and archiving.
  • Manage client contracts, addendums, proposals, billing processes, and other administrative tasks.
  • Remind managers, senior staff, and departments of tasks and deadlines.
  • Welcome clients and prepare meeting needs for the architect team.
  • Assist superiors and company leadership with administrative tasks.
  • Take and document Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
