Collect and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash, and stock (inbound and outbound) data with 100% accuracy....

Job Description:
  • Collect and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash, and stock (inbound and outbound) data with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain for processing all order-related documents to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Regularly verify data entries against source documents to identify and correct discrepancies
  • Generate accurate financial and inventory reports as required

Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in data reconciliation, financial data management, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
