Do End to End Recruitment Process (Sorucing - On Boarding. Assist with payroll (Payslip and PPh 21) and benefits administration (BPJS TK & Kesehatan)....

Responsibilities :

  • Do End to End Recruitment Process (Sorucing - On Boarding
  • Assist with payroll (Payslip and PPh 21) and benefits administration (BPJS TK & Kesehatan)
  • Do HR Administrative (Monthly report, employee records & attendance, employee database)
  • Maintain the organizationss employee database, records & contracts
  • Coaching for employee development
  • Manage HRIS System
  • Develop training and people development programs based on company goals

Requirement :

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology
  • Min 1 year experience working in Human Resources especially in recruitment
  • Experience in recruitment process especially in IT position, including the implementation of psychological test
  • Ready to work with flexible deadline, responsible and accountable to work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail and target oriented person
  • Required Skills: All HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Talent Management etc.) and People Development
  • Familiar with compensation & benefit, tax, payroll, HRIS
  • Can join ASAP
  • Willing to Work from Office at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak

Upah: Rp5.000.000 - Rp6.500.000 per bulan
