Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year experience in marketing & sales roles in Personal Care or Chemical Industry Business
  • Technical knowledge in the Personal Care, or Chemical Industry is highly valued
  • Strong relationship with current customers
  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in any field (BSc in Chemistry or equivalent will be preffered)
  • Maximum age 27 years
  • Excellent communication skills, good personal disciplines and high integrity
  • Superior analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Fluency in English is a plus (both oral & written)
  • Willing to travel out of town for business.
  • Possess a SIM A driving license and able to drive a car.
  • Placement around PIK, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customers and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships and customers satisfaction
  • Monitor supply chain to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Manage accounts receivable, to secure timely payments from customers.
  • Collect and gather market information, grasp product sales situation, analyze competitive situation, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to meet market needs.
  • Venture into new industries and expand market presence
  • Complete tasks assigned and regularly report work progress.
