We are looking for a Frontliner for our client. As a Frontliner, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and smooth operations. This includes assisting with inquiries, managing reservations, and handling administrative tasks while maintaining a welcoming and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Serve customer inquiries and reservations for services (e.g., playground, classes, events) via website, chat applications, and walk-ins.
  • Explain service regulations and recommend options that suit customers needs (children and companions).
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transactions using POS systems and various payment methods (EDC, e-wallets, etc.).
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing reservations, sales, inventory, and reports.
  • Build positive interactions with customers and business partners.
  • Engage positively with children and create a friendly and fun atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in English and able to operate Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer service or handling clients directly, preferably in luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality industries.
  • Enjoys working with children and can interact well with them.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Disciplined, clean, and meticulous.

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
