DESIGNATION : Senior Cloud Infrastructure Associate RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership (A) Help Lead to Deliver Project and BAU quality and in time. Maintain the resilience of supporting applications production environment to support business continuity. Follow standards and best practices for Product Redis and Kafka and continuously improve it. Customer Service (B) Supporting IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing the proper infrastructure and operations. Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLA Collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS, Operations, AppSup on day-to-day issues and problems. Operational Management (C) Help Lead to Determine team goals, setup plan and organize the action plans for the team to achieve. Supporting other division activity when needed based on service requests Perform Redis and Kafka configuration changes needed as per business requirement Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLA Relationship Management (D) Supporting IT Dev team and Product team on new business initiatives and projects by preparing the proper infrastructure and operations. Collaborate with IT Dev, IT Infra, HMOS and Operations on day-to-day issues and problems. Good Corporate Governance (E) Monthly review of the team compliance to the outlined procedures, rules and policies. Makesure All Access and Changes at Production Area used PAM QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering Have Knowledge for Cloud Provider(AWS/GCP/Azure/etc) Having experience in Confluent Cloud and SaaS Redis will be advantages Having Confluent Cloud or Redis Certification will be advantages Good Communication Skill Skills and Abilities Non-technical Time Management Problem Analysis Interpersonal Communication Motivating Others Decision Making Flexibility Taking Ownership Influencing Skills Learning Skills Technical Kubernetes System Server System (x86 and FT Server) Network Routing and switching Network and Application Load Balancer Firewall and Network Security TCP/IP Fundamental Cloud Networking (AWS/GCP/Azure/etc) DNS and GSLB Kafka skills Redis skills Hashicorp Vault skills Linux OS Docker Swarm Terraform Gitlab Ingress Controller
