  • Responsible to developing & creating a wide range of high quality pastry & bakery
  • Control quality standard product
  • Responsible for control and manage wastage production
  • Ensure that all product are made according to the recipe standard and methods
  • periodically check store for quality and display
  • create report weekly or monthly to BOD

Requirement:

  • Min diploma degree in a relevant field
  • Min. 3 years of experience in the same position
