  • Memiliki pengetahuan terkait Microsoft 365

Job Desc :
  • Berperan sebagai tim Rollout Project untuk melakukan Proses Migrasi Mailbox ke Environtment Office 365
  • Melakukan Analisa awal terkait Proses Pemindahan Mailbox yang Fail / Gagal
  • Melakukan Kordinasi dalam melakukan Proses pemindahan Mailbox dengan User dan Stakeholder
  • Meng-collect Data User yang akan dilakukan proses Migrasi dengan User / Stakeholder yang terlibat dalam proyek
  • Membuat Progress report pemindahan Mailbox secara Harian, Mingguan, Bulanan
  • Membuat Log Insiden terkait proses Success/Fail pada saat Pemindahan Mailbox dan Mitigasi Solusi yang telah dilakukan
