Job Description:

  • Menggunakan berbagai metode pelacakan lewati untuk menemukan klien.
  • Mewawancarai klien melalui telepon untuk mengetahui kemampuan mereka membayar utang.
  • Mengatasi taktik kios dan keberatan, dan menyarankan sumber uang untuk pembayaran utang.
  • Mendorong klien untuk menggunakan opsi pembayaran seperti kartu kredit, dan mengamankan informasi untuk diproses oleh layanan administrasi.
  • Memastikan permintaan ACH diproses dengan benar.
  • Menegosiasi penyelesaian dengan mengatur pembayaran klien dalam rentang waktu yang lebih lama.
  • - Mengonfirmasi informasi klien dan perjanjian pembayaran.
  • - Menginformasikan manajemen mengenai efektivitas strategi untuk berbagai akun.
