Job Description:
- Responsible for recording and tracking financial transactions and accounting processes and managing company financial processes in the system.
- Analyzing sales reports, petty cash management, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Provide guidance and support to other Finance & Accounting Team members in their daily operations.
- Prepare tax returns and ensure that company taxes are paid accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Address finance-related inquiries from both internal departments and external parties.
- Identify areas for process enhancements and implement efficiency measure.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting and Finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
