Posisi Introductory

Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operating a manufacturing line due have limited storage space for raw materials, planners make sure there’s adequate supply without over-ordering or wasting resources.

Responsibilities:

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

• Prepare Monthly MRP & Weekly MRP
• The purpose is to meet the material needs in accordance
• with the demand and ensure production does not lack material.

Monthly Inventory Analysis

• Prepare Monthly Inventory Analysis & Weekly Management Report.
• to analysis inventory and know the items that are still used and notused.

Write Off Plan

• Prepare Inventory Analysis and send report to SCM and report for Non Moving & Berakhir material and check the actual with production and QA to confirm still reusable or not. And if can’t be used submit write off Plan.

ECN & BOM

• Raised ECN if any material needs to change and Depleted
• control BOM with actual usage if any variance proposes to revise BOM to PD department.

Monthly Paper Forecast

• Calculate the availability of paper and plan the purchase. in accordance with forecasts and submit to finance

Requirements:

• Min Diploma Degree any discipline
• Min 3years experiences in supply chain management especially in material planning and purchasing
• Understand about ERP/MRP planning as well as the calculations of material production requirements
• Good knowledge about the production planning flows
• Good in analytical thinking, Fluent in English both of oral and written, communication skill, and computer literate
• Good in excel, math, and statistics will be more advantage
• Able to work independent and good in teams building and relationship with internal and external at different level.
• Willing to learn and self- developing
• Understand of production procedure.
• Analytical skill.
• Team player and communication skill.
