Join Our Team: Wellness Liaison – Form Bali & Her Form Bali
Bali’s leading concierge-style wellness and bloodwork service
⏰ Hours: Morning-focused (7–10 AM priority)
This is not a medical role. You’ll be the client’s first point of contact: greeting them in their villas, introducing our brand, confirming their preparation, and staying present while our partner lab nurse completes the blood draw. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, represent our premium standards, and provide reassurance during the process. Outside of morning visits, you’ll also handle customer inquiries, bookings, and coordination with our operations team.
What you’ll do- Welcome clients at home visits and set the tone for a premium experience.
- Confirm packages, fasting, and readiness before blood draw.
- Be the Form/Her Form representative during nurse visits.
- Handle WhatsApp/email inquiries and guide clients through booking.
- Follow up after visits and support the operations team.
- Strong hospitality/customer service background (wellness a plus).
- Excellent communication in English.
- Professional, punctual, empathetic, and confident with clients.
- Must be mobile across Bali (motorbike/car).
- Interest in health, wellness, and lifestyle optimization.
