The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead / Senior Product Developer who can take full ownership of our product development.

You will be responsible for translating design concepts into commercially strong, technically sound high-end outdoor furniture, with a strong focus on materials, construction and finishing.

This is a key Posisi within the Perusahaan, directly impacting the quality and success of our collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full product development process
• Translate design concepts into production-ready outdoor furniture
• Ensure high-level detailing, finishing and overall product quality
• Optimize construction, materials and durability for outdoor use
• Work closely with suppliers and production partners in Indonesia
• Identify and solve technical and aesthetic challenges
• Prepare proposals and solutions for management decision-making

You take ownership of the end result, not just execution.

Profile

Experience (required)

• 10+ years experience in furniture product development
• Proven experience with outdoor furniture
• Experience with materials such as:
• metal frames (aluminium / steel)
• outdoor fabrics
• wicker / rope  woven constructions
• teakwood

Candidates without outdoor experience will not be considered.

1. Strong combination of design and technical skills

You understand both aesthetics and construction, and how to bring them together.

2. Expertise in outdoor materials and durability

You understand weather impact, material behavior and long-term performance.

3. Experience with woven furniture (preferred)

You have knowledge of wicker / rope techniques, patterns and finishing quality.

4. High attention to detail

You recognize quality instantly and do not accept “almost right”.

5. Ownership and problem-solving

You take responsibility, solve issues independently and deliver results.

6. Ability to translate concepts into reality

You can turn ideas into manufacturable, high-quality products.
