3D Manager

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree from Computer Science, Informatic Technology, 3D Design, or related fields.

• Minimum 5+ years in 3D production roles and 2 years in a leadership or management position (e.g., Lead Artist, 3D Supervisor).

• Have strong Leadership and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Strong technical skills in 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Substance 3D, Marvelous Designer)

- A solid understanding of the full 3D production pipeline

- Proven experience managing creative teams and production schedules

- Strong time management and problem-solving skills

- At least several years of experience handling 3D projects, especially for commercial purposes

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Attention to visual details, artistic sensibility, and a strong understanding of visual consistency and storytelling

- Ability to stay up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and industry trends

- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and adapting to changing project needs

- Ability to perform quality control checks and uphold visual standards

- Capable of providing clear creative direction and feedback throughout the production process

- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including assigning tasks and motivating team members

2. Project report and brief to Director.

3. Made project concept.

4. Managing manpower on project team.

5. Problem solving management on project.

6. Keep job pipeline efficient and complied with the internal procedures.

7. Evaluate the project result to determine improvement.

8. Recommended tools, software or new work process for team improvement.
