About the role

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative, Gold Representative, & Administrative Executive to join our growing team at The Palace, Frank & co and Mondial. As a Jewellery Representative, Gold Representative, & Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our prestigious jewellery brands to high-end customers across the region.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Showcase our jewellery collections and provide exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing sales.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our brands and generate new leads.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help improve our offerings.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other’s success.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum education: High School graduate for Gold Representative.
  • Minimum education: Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree (S1) for Jewellery Representative and Administrative Executive.
  • Sales: Proven experience of at least 1 year as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail, automotive, or hospitality.
  • Cashier: Proven experience of at least 1 year in finance or accounting, including cash management, reporting, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high‑end fashion products.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • A positive, customer‑centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Willing to work in shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and willing to work 6 days a week (including Saturday, Sunday & public holiday, 1 day off on a weekday).
