As a Tax Assistant Manager, you will:

• Manage all corporate tax activities (withholding taxes, VAT, corporate income tax, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare, review, and submit monthly and annual tax filings in compliance with applicable tax regulations
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws and keep up-to-date with the latest regulatory changes
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Accounting, Operations) to assess tax implications on business transactions
• Handle tax audits, assessments, and liaise with external parties such as tax consultants and tax authorities
• Conduct tax planning and provide strategic recommendations to optimize tax efficiency
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments in Perusahaan processes
• Develop and improve tax processes and systems, including ERP (Odoo) implementation
• Supervise and guide the tax team to ensure high performance and accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in taxation, with prior leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (withholding taxes, VAT, corporate tax, etc.)
• Proven experience in handling corporate tax reporting and tax audits
• Certified in Brevet A & B (Brevet C is a plus)
• Experience in Beauty, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry (especially companies working with third-party manufacturers / maklon) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo is highly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with good communication skills
