Posisi INTRODUCTION:

The role shall perform Logistic daily activities at optimum level of efficiency and accuracy. To perform all activities associated logistic and providing logistic support and overseeing the overall logistic processes in support of the objectives of the organization. Ensure all such relevant activities comply with all SOP, and regulatory.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Coordination of logistics support operations to ensure smooth accomplishment of Logistic.
• Coordinate with supplier, customer, custom agent, trucking and forwarder to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with courier companies to provide the most efficient shipping route
• Responsible for contacting couriers to provide them with shipping information
• Preparing shipping documentation and providing support in all kind of shipment.
• Monitoring Shipment and timelines
• Addressing and resolving shipment issues
• Preparing Freight Cost, Import & Export, and Custom report
• Preparing Permit for Restriction Export/Import.
• Handle all insurance claims and report.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Logistic.
• Understand and proven experience with custom Regulations and other regulatory for export import.
• Familiar with ERP system
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
• Advance skill in computer Ms. office
