In this role, you will be the face of our brand, handling customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. You will ensure that every customer's needs are met according to our performance standards (KPIs) while identifying opportunities to offer helpful additional products or services.

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using established procedures.
• Listen attentively to understand customer needs, clarify requirements, and use decision-support tools to provide accurate resolutions.
• Demonstrate empathy and patience in all situations to build positive connections with customers.
• Maintain a solid understanding of client products and services to provide expert guidance.
• Track and document all customer interactions in our database with high attention to detail.
• Participate in activities designed to boost customer satisfaction and overall business performance.
• Proactively offer additional products or services that benefit the customer's experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder
• Prior work experience as a Customer Service Agent/Call Support Agent is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Good proficiency in English is a must, minimum B2 level.
• Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
• High on teamwork and engagement. Mature & has the analytical thinking.
• Wiling to work in rotational Shift.
• Willing to work onsite in Yogyakarta.
